Form 10BE is a Certificate of donation under clause (ix) of sub-section (5) of section 80G of the income tax act, 1961 will be issued within 90 days of closure of the financial year.

Note: the trust will not be responsible if any donor does not provide the requisite information withing the prescribed time for the purpose of filing of Donation return and generation of Certificate of Donation under Form 10BE .
